At Light Publications, our facility in Vadodara is around 100,000 square feet and is well equipped to manufacture all types of cartons with a full range of finishing processes in-house, allowing us to serve you swiftly. The factory has state-of-the-art production equipment with cutting-edge technology and the latest machinery from international brands.
Our in-house specialised team assists you with anything from design to structural samples on various substrates, artwork, and final printing. Our qualified QC experts look into raw material testing and in-house mixing of ink shades, board testing, packaging material, and other components that are in the bill of materials, ensuring top quality output with minimum wastage.
A well-laid-out Standard Operating Procedures manual follows protocols for thorough quality assurance, defect detection, vision verification compliance, and delivery checks at every stage of the manufacturing process to guarantee high standards that meet the demands of our valued clients. Our SAP system brings standardisation and efficiency to our plant through advanced data management.
