PRE-PRESS:

Our Pre-Press section is outfitted with cutting-edge technology. Our desktop programmes, such as ESKO workflow, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Corel Draw, assist in the creation and modification of designs according to customer requirements. Customized colour profiles are produced and applied to jobs with unique requirements. For digital offset plates, we have a CTP process.

PRE-PRESS:

NOVACUT

BOBST NOVACUT 106 Auto platen die-cutter is a state-of-the-art machine with fingertip control, excellent sheet registration on both sides, perfect repeatability, minimum set up time and higher productivity.

EXPERT FOLD

The latest technology-driven BOBST EXPERTFOLD Folder-gluer with on-line Braille and Baumer HHS Gluing & Quality Assurance System can handle Fluted, Non-Fluted, Braille, Non-Braille, side gluing, auto-lock, and bottom lock cartons with ease.

SUPERFOLD (OUTSERT & INSERT)

We can fold both International and Domestic Product Information Outserts and Inserts. Our folding machines are equipped with an HHS Vision–Camera based system and a quality check inspection system to ensure error free product. We can manage fold paper weighing 28 to 130 grams per square meter.
