Prepress and Designing:
Our pre-press department is equipped with The State of The Art Technology. Our desktop programmes like ESKO workflow, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel draw help to create and modify the designs as per customer specifications.
Customized colour profiles are created for job of a special need and applied on. Files are proofed accurately on colour HP DesignJet Z5600. We maintain an extensive digital library of Logos, Product shots and Stock images. We also provide customised samples by Digital Sample Maker.
We are also equipped with CTP workflow (Thermal Thermostar T9 Device, 64 Channel with G and J Raptor Plus Processor) for digital offset plates.
Printing:
With our RMGT, Mitsubishi, and Heidelberg offset printing equipment, we assure exceptional print quality and colour accuracy.
These machines can print single-color to six-colour jobs on a variety of substrates, including FBB, Duplex Board, and paper as thin as 28 gsm. We can effectively maintain colour value and uniqueness for quantities as low as 500 to 2000 units and as high as 3.00 lac to 10.00 lac units.
Packaging:
We've been producing folding cartons and corrugated boxes for a variety of businesses. Each task is unique to us, deserving of special care and attention, and we have the packaging equipment, skills, and people in place to provide each customer with top-notch quality, flexibility, and on-going innovation.
We also serve as a logistics partner for our customers, packing according to their packaging list, which includes particular amount and destination information.
Quality Assurance:
We have ISO and GMP certifications to assure quality compliance for every product and have nominal customer-supplied items rejection rate which is approximately nil. Our quality standards are strict and adhere to the latest international quality standards requirements and industry best practices. Gsm., BF/BS, COBB, Scuff, Ink, Glue Braille, and Barcode scanning are all tested at our in-house QC laboratory, which is equipped with sophisticated tools and a team of QC experts.
